A little behind-the-scenes moment, and throwback, because today marks the expansion of The Promenade. Galaxy Macau opened its phase I on the Cotai Strip Macau in 2011 and today 27th May marks the opening of  phase II. With the expansion of new shops and luxury hotels Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott, yet another reason to visit Macau if you haven't already. During the interview, I was asked about what exactly I thought about these super super-sized shopping malls, I answered positively. Regardless of whether you spend or not (most will, no doubt), it's all about making fashion accessible. 

Having been fortunate to be raised in Hong Kong, I often forget that most people don't have the access to walk into these major fashion houses simply to browse and be in contact with fashion. Macau is no different. It's growing as a worldwide destination and living to its name as Asia's Las Vegas.
